Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is centrally located in Rome, just a few meters away from the Spanish Steps and the Borguese park. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a giant shower that adds a luxurious touch. The service provided by the staff, particularly Brian and Kristina at reception, was exceptional. The dining options were a bit subpar, with some dishes not meeting expectations. The location is ideal for exploring Rome's attractions on foot or using public transportation.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms were tiny and a bit noisy because they were adjoining, making it challenging to move around or open suitcases comfortably. Despite the size and noise, the room was comfortable as depicted in the pictures. However, the view from my room was disappointing, overlooking a brick wall with no option for an upgrade to rooms with better views.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were modern and spacious, but unfortunately, they had a strong mold smell and visible mold in the corners. The service was a rollercoaster with unfriendly encounters but saved by exceptional staff like Brian and Kristina. The location was fantastic, although soundproofing might be an issue for light sleepers. Dining left much to be desired with below-standard offerings. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
I stayed at the hotel, and it was a mixed experience. Despite some drawbacks like the room's design with steps and stairs and a noisy A/C unit, the staff was attentive and helpful, especially Carolina, who made us feel at home. The location was ideal, right near the Spanish Steps, but the dining options were a bit limited. Overall, it was a cozy stay with its ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was tiny, and we struggled to move or open our suitcases unless on the bed, plus the view overlooked a disappointing brick wall they wouldn't change. However, I must say the room size and facilities were excellent, though a bit small for our luggage. There was a strong mold smell with visible mold in corners, not ideal.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely and modern, with a quiet area to enjoy the Italian sunshine. They were spacious and soundproofed, exceeding my expectations. The service was exceptional, starting my day off right and remaining attentive and friendly even after a long flight delay. The location was perfect for exploring Rome's top attractions on foot or by public transport. The dining experience was satisfactory, although some more variety would have been nice.
